Solør AgroTre AS merged with Scanpole AS
Solør AgroTre AS has merged with Scanpole AS into one company as of 1 January 2020. Consequently, Scanpole AS runs two production plants in Southern Norway, in Kirkenaer and Ilseng.
Scanpole AS continues the production of impregnated electricity poles and fencing posts in Norway. All partnership contracts of Solör AgroTre will automatically be transferred to Scanpole AS. After the merger, Scanpole AS has 46 employees in the two locations in Norway.
The merger has no implications to everyday operations. There are no changes in contact personnel in customer service and in deliveries.
