	Contains no petroleum oils
	Gives a long-lasting protection against fungi and Insects
The modern Creosote Oil which contains less than 3% Phenols and < 50 PPM of Benzo(a)pyrene is not Phytotoxic nor classified as Carcinogens. Modern oils give better preservation with less bleeding.
